These Terms of Service govern use of RaceMeasure App, G-Box, racemeasureapp.com, and related web viewer, upload, telemetry, and video-processing features operated by RACEMEASURE LLC.
Use of the Services
RaceMeasure App and G-Box are designed for track-day telemetry, lap timing, onboard video workflows, and post-session analysis. You are responsible for using the services safely, lawfully, and only in environments where motorsport data collection is permitted.
Motorsport Safety
The services provide informational telemetry and analysis tools. They are not a substitute for driver judgment, professional coaching, venue safety rules, vehicle inspection, or official timing systems. Do not interact with the app or website while driving.
Uploaded Content
You may upload telemetry, metadata, and video files for session review or overlay processing. You are responsible for the files you upload and for ensuring that you have the right to upload and process them. Uploaded files may be processed by RACEMEASURE LLC infrastructure to provide requested features.
Accounts and Leaderboards
You may view leaderboards and calculate telemetry without an account. Publishing a lap to the online leaderboard requires registration and acceptance of the Privacy Policy and these Terms. Published leaderboard entries may show driver name, car, track, lap time, class, power estimate, source, and data quality information.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for ensuring that the telemetry belongs to you or that you have permission to publish it. RACEMEASURE LLC may remove entries that appear abusive, misleading, unlawful, or technically invalid.
G-Box Hardware Orders
The listed G-Box hardware price is $199 USD per unit. Shipping charges, import duties, sales or use taxes, and other destination-specific fees are not included unless expressly stated. The website order form sends an order request and does not collect payment or create an accepted order by itself.
RACEMEASURE LLC will confirm product availability, the final total, payment instructions, and an estimated delivery schedule by email. An order is accepted only after you approve those terms and complete the requested payment. Availability, shipping destinations, delivery timing, and package contents may be confirmed or adjusted before acceptance. Any applicable return or warranty information will be supplied with the confirmed order and remains subject to applicable law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, interfere with server operation, or use the services in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
RaceMeasure App, G-Box, website design, software, branding, logos, and related materials are owned by RACEMEASURE LLC or its licensors. You retain rights to your own telemetry and video files, subject to the processing needed to provide the services.
Service Availability
The services may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, or other operational reasons. RACEMEASURE LLC may update features and these Terms as the products evolve.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RACEMEASURE LLC disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the services.
