This policy explains how RACEMEASURE LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Poker Anywhere on iPhone. Poker Anywhere is a Texas Hold’em game for virtual chips only. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics, in-app purchases, real-money wagering, cash prizes, or cash-out.
Information processed on your iPhone
The app stores your chosen display name, avatar, gender selection, virtual-chip bankroll, and app preferences on your device. The host’s iPhone also maintains the current table state needed to run a game. This information remains on the device until you change it, reset the app’s data, or delete the app.
Nearby games
Nearby mode uses Apple local-network and peer-to-peer networking. Participating iPhones exchange the display names, avatars, connection identifiers, cards, virtual-chip amounts, and game actions required to keep the table synchronized. Other players at that table can see your display name and avatar. Nearby game traffic does not need our online relay.
Online games
When you choose Online mode, the app sends temporary table information through our HTTPS relay service. This can include a six-character room code, a randomly generated player or session identifier, display name, avatar, connection status, and the game messages needed to synchronize cards, bets, pots, and actions. The service does not require an account, email address, phone number, payment information, or precise location.
Online room and game-message records are configured to expire after 10 minutes of inactivity and are removed by automated housekeeping during subsequent relay traffic. Actual deletion may occur later if the relay receives no further requests. The relay’s application diagnostics deliberately exclude request bodies, room codes, player identifiers, authentication keys, and IP addresses.
Internet infrastructure necessarily processes network information such as an IP address to deliver requests. Web-server security/access logs may include IP address, request date and time, requested path, response status, referrer, and user-agent. Logs on our managed backup relay are normally kept for up to 14 daily rotations; a hosting provider used for service continuity may apply its own security-retention schedule.
How we use information
- to create, discover, join, synchronize, and recover poker tables;
- to calculate and display cards, bets, pots, player turns, and results;
- to diagnose reliability or security problems and prevent abuse; and
- to answer a support request you choose to send us.
Sharing and third parties
Your table name, avatar, and game information are shared with the other players in the table because this is required for multiplayer play. Online data is processed by hosting and network providers that operate the relay infrastructure for us. We require service providers to protect information consistently with this policy and applicable law.
We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, build advertising profiles, or track you across apps or websites.
Your choices and deletion
- You can edit your display name and avatar in Player Profile.
- You can use Nearby mode when you do not want to use the online relay.
- Leaving or closing an online table starts the relay-expiration process described above.
- Deleting Poker Anywhere removes its locally stored profile, preferences, and bankroll from that iPhone.
- For a privacy or deletion request, contact us below. Because there are no user accounts, include the approximate date, time, and room code if your request concerns an online table.
Security
Online relay traffic uses HTTPS/TLS. Nearby traffic uses Apple networking within the local peer group. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the limited data handled by the app.
Children
Poker Anywhere is not directed to children. It depicts simulated gambling with virtual chips and is intended for users who meet the age rating shown in their regional App Store.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The latest version will remain available at this URL and will show its revision date above.
